How Does Ayurveda Treat Acne?

01

As a holistic health science, Ayurveda addresses both the internal and external factors that cause acne, rather than just the symptoms.

02

Once the source is identified, steps have to be taken to avoid the cause – this is the first line of treatment.

03

Based on your Prakruti, your Vaidya will advise you on personalized skin care and a healthy lifestyle routine to assist in internal detoxification.

04

The end result: Your Ayurvedic treatment will help eliminate the source of your acne as well as sustain healthy, clear, problem-free skin from within, naturally.
